What does L90B10,L80B10,L70B10 mean in LED Luminaires?
L defines the percentage of lumens compared to the initial lumens. It means that the luminous flux of the luminaire that has worked for a period of time is compared with the initial luminous flux of the luminaire.L70 means that the luminous flux is attenuated to 70% of the initial luminous flux, L80 means that the luminous flux is attenuated to 80% of the original luminous flux, and L90 means that the luminous flux is attenuated to 90% of the original luminous flux.
The B value indicates the fault data at the L data.
B10 indicates that 10% of the LEDs were unable to meet the requirements. Therefore, the LB value indicates the actual life of a certain hour.
L/B is the standard definition of luminaire life
For example, 50000h (L90/B10), that is, for 10% of the product luminous flux output drops below 90% of the initial value when the time used is 50000 hours.
Conversely, it means that the LED product has the reliability of having 90% of the product's light decay less than 10% after 50,000 hours of operation.
